Terms & Conditions – Mobile Tyre Fitting & Tyre Shop Services

1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by Quick Fit Mobile LTD, including mobile tyre fitting and services at our tyre shop. By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.2 Quick Fit Mobile LTD is registered at Brecon Fullerton Business Park, Fullerton street, Bradford, BD3 9QT

 

2. Bookings & Service Delivery

2.1 Bookings for mobile fitting or in-shop services can be made through our contractors, website, phone or email.

2.2 You are responsible for providing accurate and complete details about your vehicle, including make, model and tyre size. Inaccurate information may result in delays or service refusal. If we are unable to complete a job due to a wrong tyre size being provided, you are liable for full payment.

2.3 For mobile tyre fitting, the service will be carried out at the location you specify (“Service Location”). This must be safe, accessible, and suitable for tyre fitting.

2.4 For in-shop services, you must arrive at the scheduled time. Delays beyond 15 minutes may result in rescheduling or cancellation.

2.5 We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unsafe conditions, severe weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

3. Pricing & Payments

3.1 Prices will be confirmed at the time of booking. Prices may vary depending on tyre choice, distance (for mobile fitting), and additional services required.

3.2 A deposit is required for mobile tyre fitting bookings, the amount of which may vary based on travel costs. The remaining balance must be paid upon job completion.

3.3 We accept payment via debit card, credit card, or other approved methods. In-shop services may also be paid in cash.

3.4 Any additional charges arising from unforeseen issues (e.g., damaged rims, valve stems, or tyre removal difficulties) will be discussed with you before proceeding.

 

4. Customer Responsibilities

For Mobile Tyre Fitting:

4.1 You must ensure the vehicle is parked in a safe, accessible location with enough space for our technicians to operate.

4.2 The area must be free of obstructions such as other vehicles, machinery, or pedestrians.

4.3 If access is restricted or the job cannot proceed due to inaccurate or incomplete information, additional charges may apply.

For In-Shop Services:

4.4 You are responsible for bringing your vehicle at the agreed time. We may not be able to accommodate late arrivals.

4.5 You must inform us of any known issues that may affect tyre fitting (e.g., locking wheel nuts, previous damage).

 

5. Warranty & Liability

5.1 Tyres fitted by us do not come with a standard warranty unless specified by the manufacturer.

5.2 We accept no liability for tyre damage occurring after installation unless caused by our negligence during fitting.

5.3 We are not liable for any unrelated vehicle damage or for failures caused by lack of maintenance or improper use.

5.4 Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided and does not extend to indirect or consequential losses.

 

6. Cancellations & Refunds

6.1 Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled without charge up to 24 hours in advance.

6.2 Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a £50 cancellation fee.

6.3 If we arrive at the Service Location and are unable to access the vehicle or complete the job due to customer absence or inaccessibility, the full deposit will be retained.

 

7. Health & Safety

7.1 All staff adhere to strict health and safety standards in both mobile and in-shop settings.

7.2 During mobile services, you must keep bystanders away from the work area to prevent accidents or injury.

7.3 In our workshop, you must follow all posted safety instructions and avoid restricted areas.

 

8. Privacy & Data Protection

8.1 We collect your personal data solely to provide our services, in line with our Privacy Policy.

8.2 Your information will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or necessary for service delivery.

 

9. Changes to These Terms

9.1 We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website and apply immediately.

 

10. Governing Law

10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
